With more than 30 years of experience in human resources, operations, and professional services, Paige has been instrumental in shaping Speakeasy’s growth and evolution. Prior to becoming CEO, she spent a decade as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations, finance, HR, marketing, and IT, while serving as a key member of the firm’s management committee.

Earlier in her career, Paige was Managing Director of a fast-growing executive search and HR consulting firm, where she advised C-suite leaders and corporate and nonprofit boards on all aspects of human capital strategy, including talent strategy, organizational planning, executive compensation, and succession planning. A native Atlantan, Paige holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama. She and her husband, Adam, have been married for 29 years and have two children, Aiden (22) and Annabelle (17). With a deep passion for health and fitness, a love for the outdoors, and a soft spot for dogs, Paige is also an unapologetically proud Alabama Crimson Tide fan.
