Before becoming CEO, she spent a decade as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations, finance, human resources, marketing, and technology while helping guide the firm's strategic growth.

She serves on the Board of Directors for FreeRent.org and is an active member of Vistage. A native Atlantan, Paige enjoys health and fitness, spending time outdoors, and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide. She and her husband, Adam, have been married for 29 years and have two children, Aiden and Annabelle.
